TERMS & CONDITIONS

Services by Tal team will be available 6 days a week namely Monday to Saturday from 8am- 8pm (excluding holidays). 

Monthly Plans, Project-based Services & Website Services requires a consultation. If you require Monthly Plan after booking a Admin Express Plan, we will schedule a consultation to obtain more information and you will be advised what the additional cost will be.

The duration of our Monthly Plans are 30 days. Please be review the below guidelines as it pertains to our Hourly Plans.

  • Only 15 unused hours can be rolled over each month.
  • Unused hours cannot be redeemed for cash. 
  • In the event of cancellation, all hours and monies will be lost.

Client with Hourly Plans will receive an email notification when their plan has 5 hours remaining. 

Client may upgrade their plan at any time once mutually agreed upon. 

All payments are final and therefore non-refundable.

If Client is not satisfied with the work performed, Client must email Support@Servicesbytal.com immediately.

Admin Express Hourly Plan downgrade are not permitted. Monthly Plans may be downgraded at the end of the cycle.

If a software(s) is needed to execute your tasks, you will be responsible to purchase software(s) and provide Services by Tal LLC  with the login information. 

Services by Tal LLC employees will not be available on major holidays.

For a period of 12 months, client may not engage Services by Tal LLC employees.

Client understands that Services by Tal LLC employees must be treated with dignity and respect. 

Client understands that Services by Tal LLC holds the rights to terminate client plan with 15 days notice. 

Client acknowledge that they have read and understand the terms of this agreement.
